HR & Admin / Assistant HR & Admin Officer

- Perform a wide variety of HR Generalist duties such as interview arrangement, contract preparation, payroll calculation, labour cases, work injury, leave and performance management;
- Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
- Provide administrative support to Central Administration Department such as insurance renew;
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements :

- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience or above in sizable organization
- Experience in compensation and benefit would be highly preferred
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice
- Analytical and able to change at fast pace
- Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
- Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-task
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
