Mr. Sean Au, a registered social worker at the Methodist Centre, was interviewed on RTHK's program《香江暖流》to introduce the "Embrace with Love -- All-round Support for Elders with Emigrant Family" program.
The program is centered around a multidisciplinary approach to assessment and a holistic life-planning strategy that addresses physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs. Thorough various professional interventions, it conducted assessments to develop personalized care plans tailored to the individual needs of each elders who remain in Hong Kong with emigrant family.
