Ms. Sindy WONG, General Secretary of Methodist Centre, represented the organisation at the symposium on the 75th anniversary of Ruttonjee Hospital, the 55th anniversary of Tang Siu Kin Hospital, and the 30th anniversary of the Accident and Emergency Training Centre (AETC) on 23 November 2024. She served as a guest speaker, sharing the successful outcomes of the past medical-social collaborations between our organisation and AETC. She also discussed future prospects, aiming to equip individuals from various community levels with first aid knowledge, ensuring that this knowledge reaches every household and empowering everyone to become "guardians".

Our General Secretary, along with Dr Tony KO Pat-sing, JP, Chief Executive, Hospital Authority, as well as prominent figures in the hospital's leadership such as Dr. Lau Ka-hin, Hospital Chief Executive and Dr Axel Siu Yuet-chung, Chief of Service (Accident & Emergency), witnessed this significant anniversary event together. As a representative of a social welfare organisation, Methodist Centre feels deeply honoured and looks forward to continuing to collaborate with Ruttonjee Hospital, Tang Siu Kin Hospital and the Accident and Emergency Training Centre in the future, working hand in hand to realise the motto "Linking Hands in Medicine and Society, Connecting Hearts in Education"!
