Our Services

My Story

The service unit is subsidised by the Government Social Welfare Department and was established in April 1999. It transitioned into District Elderly Community Centre (DECC) in 2003, offering a diverse range of community services for seniors in the Wan Chai district. The centre aims to encourage seniors to continue learning, maintain social activities and engage with the community. It coordinates and supports elderly services within the Wan Chai area, connecting various stakeholders in the community to establish a network that cares for the elderly. The ultimate goal is to achieve "active aging" and "feeling of health and worthiness".
