Learn to cook a variety of international cuisine over an open fire. This course covers the basics of global flavors and introduces participants to popular cooking methods from around the world
Course Content
"International Food Introduction and Cooking Techniques (first 30 minutes): Introduce classic foods from different countries and their cooking methods, and learn how to use open fire techniques to prepare French, Italian, Spanish and other cuisines. Practical cooking demonstration (30 minutes): The instructor demonstrates the preparation process of a classic international dish, emphasizing the skills of heat control and ingredient handling. Hands-on production and tasting (1 hour): Under the guidance of the instructor, students will cook an international dish by themselves, taste and communicate, and share cooking experiences and suggestions for improvement. "
