Fundamentals of Vegetarian Nutrition (Lesson 1): Discuss the nutritional sources of plant-based diets and the importance of a balanced diet. Vegetarian Menu Design (Lesson 2): How to design nutritionally balanced vegetarian menus for different age groups and health needs. Vegetarian Nutrition for Special Populations (Course 3): Precautions for vegetarian diet for children, pregnant women and the elderly. Practical operation and sharing (Lesson 4): Design a personalized vegetarian menu and share successful cases.
