Course Objectives

Will food be absorbed faster after exercise? Is it necessary to take protein powder after exercise to build muscle? Let a sports nutritionist teach you how to prevent chronic diseases through a correct diet and regular exercise.
Course Content
Basics of Sports Nutrition (Lesson 1): Introduce the importance of sports nutrition and understand the roles of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in exercise. Post-exercise recovery and replenishment (Lesson 2): Learn the best diet arrangements and hydration methods after exercise to improve exercise recovery effects.
