Course Objectives
This course is a full range of stretching exercises through yoga poses, starting from the stretching of shoulders, neck, waist, back, pelvis, feet, etc., thereby enhancing muscle elasticity, training deep core muscles and improving trunk strength, alleviating or preventing common diseases. Urban diseases, such as damage to the body caused by bad posture.
