Course Objectives
Yin yoga focuses on the training of the lower body, so it mainly uses sitting or lying postures to correct the position of the hip joint. During the practice, the instructor will use the sounds produced by singing bowls of different frequencies, combined with Yin yoga, to allow students to relax their muscles and heal their bodies and minds.
