Course Objectives
For people with stiff backs and tight shoulder muscles, the yoga wheel is indeed a very useful auxiliary tool when practicing backbends. When used to support the back, it can effectively strengthen the stretching of the chest, lung and lumbar muscles. Avoid the pressure put on the lumbar spine by normal back bending movements and reduce back pain.
