Associate Officer - Human Resources
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and appointment, compensation and benefits, group medical insurance, performance management, leave administration and staff communication etc.;
  • Assist in maintaining HR Information System record and quality data analysis;
  • Assist in preparing statistics or reports for management review;
  • Provide administration and clerical support to the team;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies, fresh graduates are welcomed;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Good command of both English and Chinese;
  • Independent, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multi-tasks;
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.
