Associate Officer – Human Resources
  1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and appointment, compensation and benefits, group medical insurance, performance management, leave administration and staff communication etc.;
  2. Assist in maintaining HR Information System record and quality data analysis;
  3. Assist in preparing statistics or reports for management review;
  4. Provide administration and clerical support to the team;
  5. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  1. Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies, fresh graduates are welcomed;
  3. Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  5. Good command of both English and Chinese;
  6. Independent, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  7. Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multi-tasks;
  8. Immediately available will be an advantage;
  9. Candidates with more or less experience than required may be considered as HR Officer or HR Assistant respectively.
