Senior Officer – Human Resources
  • Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process including job creation and advertising, candidate screening and assessment and on-boarding arrangements etc.;
  • Communicate with internal parties on recruitment matters and provide professional advice and support on manpower planning and job requirements;
  • Compile recruitment and manpower related statistics or analysis for both internal and external review;
  • Handle HR general operations including contract preparation, payroll and benefits administration, performance management and staff development and communication etc.;
  • Maintain HR Information System record and quality data analysis;
  • Formulate and review HR related policies/strategies and enhance internal workflow;
  • Assist in implementation of HR initiatives, projects and other ad-hoc tasks;
  • Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies, preferably in social service sector or major organizations;
  • Experience in one-stop all-round HR services would be an asset;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations/ordinances;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  • Independent, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multi-tasks;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
