Course Objectives
This course provides training in therapeutic techniques for children with autism. Participants will learn evidence-based methods to improve communication, social skills and behavior management.
Course Content
Characteristics and Diagnostic Criteria of Autism (Lesson 1): Introduce the characteristics, diagnostic criteria and impact of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) on children's social and communication abilities. Behavior Analysis and Intervention Strategies (Lesson 2): Learn to apply behavior analysis (ABA) methods to help improve the behavior of children with autism, and understand how to design reinforcement plans and deal with challenging behaviors. Social Skills and Sensory Integration Training (Lesson 3): Explore social skills training and sensory integration activities for children with autism, and learn how to promote sensory balance and social interaction in daily activities. Practical operation and case study (Lesson 4): Conduct practical operation exercises to simulate the design of intervention plans for children with autism. Through case analysis, trainees will learn how to design effective training programs based on individual needs.
