"""Basic Knowledge of Swallowing Physiology and Swallowing Disorders (Lessons 1-2): Introduce the physiological process of swallowing and its related anatomical structures, and understand the causes, symptoms and impact of dysphagia on patients' lives. Swallowing Assessment Techniques (Lesson 3-4): Learn how to use assessment tools to conduct preliminary assessment of patients with dysphagia, including how to observe swallowing movements and record the symptoms of swallowing problems to provide a basis for formulating treatment plans. Swallowing rehabilitation training methods (Lessons 5-7): Master different swallowing rehabilitation techniques, such as oral muscle training, swallowing exercises and posture adjustment. Students will conduct practical exercises and learn how to guide patients to perform correct swallowing movements. Diet Texture Adjustment and Feeding Techniques (Lesson 8): Learn how to adjust diet texture to ensure the safety of patients with dysphagia when eating, and master correct feeding techniques to reduce the risk of choking and aspiration.
