Course Objectives
This course is designed to help grandparents build positive relationships with their grandchildren. Participants will learn about child development, effective communication and how to create meaningful experiences with family members.
Course Content
"The Role and Challenges of Modern Grandparents (Lesson 1): Explore the changing role of grandparents in modern families and the challenges they face, and learn how to build a good relationship with their grandchildren and exert a positive influence in the family. Parent-child communication skills and emotional support (Lesson 2): Learn how to communicate effectively with children and grandchildren, master the skills to provide emotional support in family life, and enhance understanding and trust among family members. The role of grandparents in the growth of grandchildren (Lesson 3): Discuss how to support the growth and development of grandchildren, including education, cultivation of living habits and positive character shaping, and learn ways to provide positive influence in family education. Intergenerational Relationships and Family Harmony (Session 4): Explore how to deal with differences between generations and establish harmonious family relationships. Participants will share and discuss cases to learn how to maintain an open attitude in the family and promote harmonious coexistence among multiple generations. "
