Course Objectives
This course aims to train lactation techniques including breast massage, milk supply management and support for breastfeeding mothers.
Course Content
Basic Knowledge of Breastfeeding (Lessons 1-2): Introduce the physiological principles of breastfeeding, including the structure of the mammary gland and the lactation process, and understand the nutritional components of breast milk and its benefits to infant health. Breast Care and Lactation Problem Management (Lesson 3-4): Learn how to deal with common lactation problems, such as blocked breasts, cracked nipples and insufficient breast milk, etc., and master correct breast massage techniques to promote lactation. Practical practice of lactation massage techniques (Lessons 5-6): Perform practical operations of lactation massage, learn how to stimulate the breast glands and improve milk secretion through massage techniques, emphasizing gentle touch and correct techniques. Maternal and Infant Health and Psychological Support (Lessons 7-8): Explore the psychological state and stress management skills of nursing mothers, and learn how to provide emotional support and establish a close bond between mother and infant. Case analysis and simulation exercises are also conducted to improve students' adaptability in practice.
