Learn the basics of coffee brewing, from bean selection to mastering various brewing techniques for optimal flavor extraction.

Course Content

"Course content: Principles of Coffee Extraction (Section 1): Introduces the theory of coffee extraction, including the effects of water quality, grinding bean thickness, temperature and soaking time on coffee flavor. Participants will learn how to adjust different variables to affect the taste and texture of coffee. Practice of hand pouring and various brewing methods (Section 2): In-depth exploration of various hand pouring and immersion coffee brewing methods, such as V60, French press, Aeropress, etc., and master the correct brewing methods Skill. Students will personally operate and adjust extraction parameters to experience how to achieve the best coffee flavor. "
