Course Objectives
Participants can learn about the "Deshu Diet" and foods that affect blood pressure levels. Through group discussions, we can learn from each other and share solutions to difficult problems. It turns out that consuming enough dairy products and eating nuts in moderation can help blood pressure? To lower blood pressure, you don't have to make all foods tasteless. Registered dietitians will share how to use natural ingredients and seasonings to make dishes delicious and gradually change your taste buds.
