Course Objectives
Excessive consumption of unhealthy fats can lead to high cholesterol problems, which in turn increases the risk of fatty liver disease. In addition to fat, it turns out that there are other foods that can cause fatty liver! Can eggs be eaten? Can eating wheat bran lower cholesterol? Is it okay to eat more fruits and vegetables that are beneficial? A registered dietitian will analyze dietary issues related to cholesterol and fatty liver for you one by one.
