Course Objectives
Participants can learn about diabetes-related nutrition knowledge such as "sugar conversion" and "glycemic index". Through group discussions, we can learn from each other and share solutions to difficult problems. Registered dietitians will also share common myths about diabetic diet, tips on eating out and taboos in making soup, so that diabetic patients can control their blood sugar levels without having to cut out all carbohydrate foods.
