If you love cooking, how can you miss healthy recipes shared by registered dietitians? The class will explain common dietary issues and teach you how to read nutrition labels. Helping you to achieve "color, aroma, taste and nutrition" from selecting to cooking food! Break the old thinking of "healthy food = tasteless" and create more healthy and delicious dishes together!
