Course Objectives
This course aims to provide participants with pet first aid skills and basic health care knowledge. Learn how to respond to common emergencies, perform CPR, and provide daily care to ensure your pet's overall health.
Course Content
Pet First Aid Theory and Basics (Lesson 1-2): Introduces the basic principles of pet first aid and how to respond in emergencies, including how to deal with trauma, difficulty breathing, shock, etc. in pets. CPR and artificial respiration skills (Lesson 3): Learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and artificial respiration on pets such as dogs and cats, and master how to stay calm and communicate effectively during first aid. Identification and treatment of common pet emergencies (Lesson 4-5): Discuss how to identify and treat common pet emergencies such as heat stroke, epilepsy, ingestion of foreign objects, etc., and learn how to provide initial first aid and send to the hospital. Health care and daily health care skills (Lesson 6): Learn how to perform daily health examinations and care, including dental cleaning, ear care, skin examination, etc., to improve your pet’s quality of life and health.
