Course Objectives
This course introduces the practice of mindfulness based on psychological principles. Participants will learn basic mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness and support mental health.
Course Content
The basic theory and psychological application of mindfulness (first 2 hours): Introduce the origin of mindfulness and its application in mental health, and learn how to reduce anxiety, stress and improve concentration through mindfulness. Mindfulness practice and mind-body connection (intermediate 2 hours): Master different mindfulness techniques, including breathing meditation, body scanning and mindful walking, etc. to help students practice mindfulness practice in daily life. Practical application and self-reflection (last 2 hours): Students will conduct in-depth mindfulness practice exercises, share experiences and self-reflection in class, and understand the application of mindfulness in personal life and counseling work.
