Course Objectives

The registered dietitian will explain the relationship between food sources and health of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats), micronutrients (common vitamins and minerals), and antioxidants one by one. The last section of the course also includes a cooking demonstration, allowing participants to understand basic nutrition concepts and master healthy cooking techniques, which will help participants implement nutrition knowledge in daily life to improve overall health.
