Course Objectives
This course mainly uses a series of multi-joint whole-body muscle movement training to effectively stimulate the core muscles, upper limbs and lower limbs to improve body lines, enhance muscle endurance, improve cardiopulmonary function, accelerate blood circulation and eliminate body toxins.
